Dear Miss Sullivan,
I have just received the enclosed account from Jackson Andrews & Company for £162.00.
I never at any time requested Mr. Burnside to do work for me, in fact it was necessary for me to employ the services of other Accountants to protect my interests.
His behaviour towards me and my wife when he called at my home was hostile and frankly ignorant.
This account should be addressed to the person who employed him, namely Mr. Charles Gilpin.
I would appreciate if you would kindly deal with this matter.
Yours sincerely,
W. Andrews.
