The condition of 4 Norwood Gardens.
The above bath had obviously been broken and had not been replaced. As you can see it was repaired and left basically as it was. Other repairs were left unfinished as well.
You can see the unsealed and unhealthy gap between the old bath and the tiles. Our family would never have allowed our mother and brother Freddie into such conditions.
This house was so damp and neglected that the paper was hanging off the ceiling. I believe it was a rented-out house and was not properly taken care of.
There were no doors on this sink unit in the kitchen and you can see the dampness in the wallpaper on the wall.
The garage was beginning to fall apart with rot.
Dampness was everywhere including in and around this trapdoor in the ceiling.
