I have received an offer of £110,000 from solicitors representing Andrews and Company (Belfast) Limited for the sale to that Company of properties at 62-65 Smithfield, and at 66-69 Smithfield and 1-11 Francis Street, Belfast which belong to the above-named Patient for whom I act as Committee. Upon consulting with my surveyor and valuer, Mr John L Deane (of Messrs Alex Murdoch & Deane), I am advised to accept the offer and accordingly I have made an application to the Court for an Order approving the proposed sale.

I enclose for your reference a copy of the Summons which I issued today and which will be heard by the Judge next Friday 29 November at 10.00 am.
